Dual Skewed Pole Design

Exclusive Actual Torque Performance Testing

At CONSPIT, we reject virtual claims. Throughout the Ares wheelbase development, we employed precision control industry-grade testing to ensure all performance data is grounded in real evidence.

Validation involved a high-precision dynamic torque sensor placed between the wheel and motor output shaft, with resolution below 0.01Nm and response up to 1kHz. This enabled real-time monitoring of actual torque at the driver’s hands, precisely matched against motor-reported signals for accurate performance tuning.

In addition to providing precise calibration of torque parameters, The Testing also offers a reliable tool for objectively quantifying base feel adjustments. CDR Quick Release System

The CDR Quick Release System is is designed using specifications that are widely adopted in the sim-racing industry, ensuring mechanical compatibility between various wheelbases and steering wheels. It accommodates multiple usage scenarios, allowing for rapid assembly and disassembly as well as effortless steering wheel changes.

CES Emergency Stop (Optional)
