Sim Racing FAQ
Do you offer free shipping on sim racing gear in Canada?
Yes. Eligible orders over $250 ship free within Canada (exclusions apply), excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Canadian customers pay no duties or surprise fees, because every order ships from Calgary, AB.
How fast do you ship?
Orders typically leave within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the items and our shipping queue. Once shipped, transit within Canada typically takes 1 to 4 business days. Every shipment goes out signature required, and items from different brands may arrive separately.
What's included with a turnkey sim racing rig?
Every turnkey rig arrives assembled and tested, and includes two 90-minute online coaching sessions with pro driver Nic Taylor. Extra coaching sessions can be booked separately.
Do you offer in-person sim rig setup?
Yes. White-glove in-person setup is available anywhere. It's quoted separately and isn't included in the rig price. Ask us for a quote.
Can you build a custom sim rig with brands you don't carry?
Yes. We build custom rigs with any brand, including Simucube, Simagic, Heusinkveld and VRS, even if we don't stock it. Get a custom build quote.
Will this work with my PC, PS5 or Xbox?
Compatibility depends on the brand and model. Many direct-drive wheelbases are PC-only, while some support PlayStation or Xbox. Check the compatibility listed on each product page, or contact us and we'll help you pick gear that works with your platform.
How do I build my own sim racing bundle?
Use our rig builder. Start with a wheelbase and add the parts you want, step by step.
Can I order an item that's on backorder?
Yes. Backordered items can still be ordered, and we'll email you an ETA once ordered.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, or 14 days for electronics. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a 15% restocking fee applies to open-box items and to backorder or special-order items. Custom products and gift cards can't be returned. Contact us before sending anything back, and see our refund policy for full details.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and terms vary by product and brand. Contact us for help with a warranty claim.
